The St James Homes Sustainability Charter sets a very high standard within the housebuilding industry. At The Hamptons, as with every other development, we are taking great care to minimise environmental impact during construction. As part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme we will liase with local people to resolve any issue quickly and effectively.
Sustainability also means enhancing the natural features of the site. To this end, we have planted new trees, conserved ponds and woodland and protected wildlife habitats. | |
